Description of the contract

The Agency requires a provision for the support and maintenance of the Xerox 8264E wide format printer, Summa T series S160 Cutter and associated Dell Optiplex 760 PC Linux operating system with Caldera Rip software. There is the requirement for the contingency to order print and operator consumables. The maintenance and consumables contract is due to last for a minimum of 1 year with the option to extend for a further 1 year.
