Suppliers are invited to tender for to provide a window cleaning service (internal and external glazing) to approx. 200 University buildings within 10 miles of Cambridge City Centre. The service is to clean internal and external window glazing panels, window frames, the sills or window ledges. The type and nature of the University buildings warrant a number of window cleaning competencies. These range from a typical standard style of ground floor cleaning service to special abseiling style suspended cleaning techniques.
The window cleaning service and frequency (typically twice yearly and this will be undertaken principally during the Easter and summer vacations) is covered in detail and is expected to be conducted (but not limited to) Monday to Friday and normal working hours.

Suppliers are invited to tender for to provide a window cleaning service (internal and external glazing) to approx. 200 University buildings within 10 miles of Cambridge City Centre. The service is to clean internal and external window glazing panels, window frames, the sills or window ledges.
The intention is that the contract will be awarded to a single supplier but the University reserves the right to request lot specific pricing and may award lots to different suppliers at its sole discretion.
The type and nature of the University buildings warrant a number of window cleaning competencies. These range from a typical standard style of ground floor cleaning service to special abseiling style suspended cleaning techniques.
The window cleaning service and frequency (typically twice yearly and this will be undertaken principally during the Easter and summer vacations) is covered in detail and is expected to be conducted (but not limited to) Monday to Friday and normal working hours.
