To let a service concession for the use of council owned assets (primarily street furniture) in exchange for a Wireless Network. The concession will be let on a five (5) year initial period with the option to extend for two (2) years plus a further period of up to 12 months. Extension are at the sole discretion of the Council. This notice is advertised in the Official Journal on a voluntary basis as the procurement is otherwise exempt from the regulations on account of it being for a concession contract.
