There are two elements to this tender:

1) Media buying of advertising as specified by WMCA;

2) Strategic media planning and buying of advertising briefed in by the WMCA communications team to support campaign activity. This will include ROI evaluation, advice and consultancy on innovative and emerging media opportunities, current and future digital trends and customer insight and demographic profiling.

The appointed tenderer will be a full-service agency who can purchase all types of media.
