Lot 1 – Personal Effectiveness
To include Assertiveness Skills; Credibility & Confidence; Understanding Change & Techniques for Coping with Change and Coping with Pressure; Delivering Effective Presentations; Writing in Plain English; Managing Difficult Customers; Communicating with Customers using communications technology, including social media.
 
Lot 2 – Business Development Processes
To include Business Improvement Techniques; Project Management Skills; Contract Management Skills; Communicating through e-mail; Service Review Toolkit (Questionnaire Design; Focus Group Facilitation Skills; Consultation Skills); Service Redesign Toolkit (Organisational Design; Workforce Planning; Creative Thinking Techniques).
 
Lot 3 – Core People Management Skills
To include: Managing Performance appraisals; Managing Performance through Change; Delegation & Decision Making; Tools & Techniques for Leading & Managing Change and Managing Pressure; Building New Teams in Times of Change; Facilitating Team Events & Action Learning; Managing with Political Awareness.
 
Lot 4 – Management Development
To include: Aspiring Managers Programme; Stepping into Management Programme; Diagnostic Tools (to include MBTI- Step 1 & 2); Management Surgeries; Coaching Skills for Managers; Advanced Coaching Skills for Workplace Coaches; Coaching Development Workshops; Mentoring Skills.
