Details and Contact Information

A collaborative framework is being established for the Provision of Security Services, a total of 14 Local Authorities as well as Mid and West Wales Fire have expressed an interest in utilising this framework. The framework will consist of 5 Lots as follows:

Static Guarding

Key Holding and Alarm Response

Opening and Closing of Premises

Mobile Patrols

Special Events

Each of these Lots will then be split further, into individual authorities with prospective tenderers being invited to submit bids for any number of Lots.

The tendering process will be run electronically through the Bravo / eTenderwales portal.

We will be holding two Supplier Awareness events in relation to this framework.

The first event will be held on Tuesday 14th May 2013 at The Village Hotel, Swansea, SA1 8QY in the Energy Suite. Registration for Suppliers will be at 8:30am for a 9am start.
