Bridgend CBC is leading a consortia project initially involving Bridgend, Blaenau Gwent, Ceredigion, Gwnynedd, Powys, Torfaen and Ynys Mon Councils. The project could potentially be extended to include additional Local Authorities and Health Boards across Wales by providing a common software platform for Commissioning Services.
It is anticipated that the information held on the system will be shared across all participants and external public sector organisations e.g. police; and will feature the following modules: Case Management, Adult, Childrens, Service provider records, Financial data, Documents and Forms and Workflow Management.
Due to the complexity of the project it is the intention of the Consortia to follow a competitive dialogue process leading to the award of this tender.
