Description
Children’s Centres in Cambridge City and South Cambridgeshire are seeking to award a contract to deliver effective support packages to young pregnant women, teenage parents and their families.
We are looking for a provider with a strong track record of working in partnership with young parents, children’s centres, health services and variety of other agencies to effectively address the health, social and educational needs of young parents.
The provider must be able to reach, engage and support the social, emotional and learning aspirations of vulnerable young parents as well as the health and well being needs of their child(ren).
This contract is for three years commencing on 1st April 2013 with the option to extend as funding is made available.
Shortlisted providers will be invited to interview and presentation.
