How to apply

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. Please note the last date for expressions of interest is 31st October 2012 but the tender documents must be returned by noon on the 16th November 2012. The contract will be for three years with an option to extend upto a further two years. The Young Peoples Alcohol and Drug Service to be provided falls within the service category of ” Health and Social care” under schedule3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended) (Directive Annex 11B) and are therefore classified as a part B services. Accordingly, the contract is not subject to the full application of the full Contract Regulations 2006.
