Your Housing Group wishes to establish a legal services framework agreement to provide legal advice and support to the business across five lots.

— these lots are development and specialist property transactions (lot 1),

— sales and routine property transactions (lot 2),

— corporate and finance (lot 3),

— employment and HR (lot 4), and

— housing management including out of hours service (lot 5).

The panel will be established for four (4) years. Expenditure across the panel will vary according to business activity. As a guide expenditure across all lots was approximately GBP 2 500 000 in 2019-2020.
